I just got off the phone with the merchant. They say they had an issue with a catering event last weekend — several guests disputed charges saying they didn't authorize the amount. They're planning to fight the disputes. Should we put a temporary hold on high-ticket transactions until this is resolved?

Good context. Do not put a hold yet — let's get more info first. Can you pull the transaction IDs for all 4 chargebacks and send them here? I'll review against our fraud flags. Also confirm the merchant's current MCA balance — if they're heavily drawn down, that changes our risk calc.

Transaction IDs: TXN-88421, TXN-88430, TXN-88451, TXN-88502. All from March 1st — the catering event. Amounts: $310, $280, $390, $260. MCA balance: $4,200 remaining on a $6,000 advance. Merchant seems cooperative and not flagging as fraud risk on my end.

This looks like a misunderstanding around a catering bill, not malicious. Recommend merchant gather event contracts, receipts, and any signed authorizations before disputing. MCA level is fine — no hold needed.
